【ポイント】
◆気腹や逆トレンデレンブルグ体位のため血圧低下が起きやすく，場合によっては昇圧薬の持続投与も考慮する．
◆長時間になることもあるため，最適の輸液管理を心掛け，尿量の維持に努める．
◆手術を円滑に進めるために術前にカンファレンス・シミュレーションを行っておく必要がある．
