【ポイント】
◆本邦で最も多く行われている肥満外科手術である腹腔鏡下スリーブ状胃切除術（LSG）に対する修正手術（RS）の術式・適応について概説する．
◆LSG術後の最も頻度の高い合併症は胃食道逆流症であるが，これに対する標準術式である修正Roux-en Y胃バイパス術について解説する．
