直腸癌に対する側方リンパ節郭清の適応

【ポイント】
◆臨床診断にて側方リンパ節転移が疑われる場合には，側方リンパ節郭清を行うことが強く推奨される．
◆臨床的に側方リンパ節転移が陰性の症例に対する側方リンパ節郭清の生存改善効果は限定的である．
◆現時点では側方リンパ節転移の診断基準は確立されておらず，側方リンパ節郭清を省略できる症例の明確な基準は明らかではない．
