【ポイント】
◆側方郭清に伴う合併症予防には，側方領域の立体的，多面的な解剖理解が必要不可欠である．
◆副損傷を起こしやすい場面と，その対策を理解しておくことが重要である．
◆予防的郭清では解剖学的に異なる層の剝離が主体であるのに対し，治療的郭清では手術難度は各段に上がる．症例難度と施設習熟度を正しく把握し，慎重に対応する．
