神経叢とは何か：内臓性神経線維の網状組織としての神経叢

【ポイント】
◆消化管に関係する神経叢は，交感神経系，副交感神経系，臓性求心性神経線維の様々な組み合わせによる内臓性神経線維の網状組織である．
◆腸管神経系は，胚子後頭部の迷走神経域ならびに仙骨部の神経堤細胞に由来する．
◆膵臓の神経叢は，腹腔神経叢から派生する，いわば二次神経叢と考えられ，小血管，リンパ管，索状線維組織，脂肪組織を含む，靱帯構造をなす．
