【ポイント】
◆骨盤内神経解剖を熟知することが，根治性と機能温存を兼ね備えた直腸手術には必要である．
◆TMEで選択できる層は3つあり，癌の深達度などで剝離層の選択が必要であるが，神経損傷の危険が最も低いa層が基本である．
