【ポイント】
◆門脈再建を行う場合には，吻合部への過度な緊張や捻じれ，屈曲は，血行障害の原因となるため十分に留意する．
◆門脈再建時は，アンスロン^®カテーテルバイパスを併用することで，より安全に施行可能となる．
◆長距離の門脈合併切除の際は，グラフト再建を考慮する．
◆動脈合併切除のエビデンスは明確ではないが，conversion surgery増加に伴い術式選択の一つとなり得る．
