【ポイント】
◆正中創から届かない外側の剥離・授動を腹腔鏡下に行い，脈管処理・肝実質切離を上腹部正中切開創から行う腹腔鏡補助下ドナー肝切除の手技を概説する．流入血行遮断は行わず，輸血・血漿分画製剤も使用しない．
◆レシピエントでは，自家（もしくはドナー由来）静脈グラフトを用いてバックテーブルで行うV5, V8再建（bench surgery）が本術式の要である．
