【ポイント】
◆術前化学療法中の経消化管的栄養は化学療法に伴う骨髄抑制や粘膜障害などの有害事象を軽減させる．
◆術前化学療法中の栄養療法において，シンバイオティクスは有害事象を軽減させる．
◆術後早期の蛋白強化投与により，術後の筋肉量の低下を軽減させる可能性がある．
