【ポイント】
◆がん悪液質は，サイトカインやペプチドにより惹起される代謝異常であり，筋肉量減少/体重減少を特徴とする．
◆がん悪液質は，通常の栄養療法では改善しない．
◆アナモレリンは，「がん悪液質」に対する治療薬であり，筋肉量/体重を増加させる．
