【ポイント】
◆日本胃癌学会は，胃癌幽門狭窄症例に対して胃腸吻合術（以下，バイパス術）または内視鏡的胃十二指腸ステント挿入術（以下，ステント術）を実施した症例を全国調査した．
◆両群間の背景因子を揃えるために，プロペンシティ・スコア・マッチング解析を実施した．
◆ステント術群はバイパス術を比べて，術後合併症は有意に少なく，術後食事摂取量は同等で，術後生存期間も同等であった．
