【ポイント】
◆NOMIは身体所見から疑うことが大切．診断には造影CTが有効である．
◆診断後は速やかに血管内治療を行い，血流改善を目指す．
◆Damage control surgeryはNOMIの手術において有効な選択肢の1つである．
