周術期感染対策と予防的抗菌薬投与

【ポイント】
◆手術部位感染（SSI）の原因は術中の術野の細菌汚染であり，SSIが起こるかどうかは，術中から術後数時間で決まる．
◆適切な濃度の予防的抗菌薬投与は，生体防御能の担い手である好中球の貧食能の強力な援軍として働く．
◆本邦での予防的抗菌薬は，「術後感染予防抗菌薬適正使用のための実践ガイドライン」に従って，適切に投与するのが好ましい．
