【ポイント】
◆薬剤耐性菌や抗菌薬適正使用の基本について理解する．
◆薬剤熱や結晶性関節炎など，非感染性の術後の発熱原因を理解する．
◆外科医だけで治療を完結することは困難な時代になっている．感染制御チーム（ICT）や抗菌薬適正使用支援チーム（AST）と積極的にコミュニケーションを図り，より良い治療方針を立てるようにする．
