【ポイント】
◆肝切除術後感染症には背景にある肝硬変などの慢性肝疾患，糖尿病などの併存疾患，高齢などの因子が深く関わっている．
◆肝切除術後合併症の一つである胆汁漏と，手術操作や術中出血量などの術中因子は腹腔内感染の発生要因である．
◆肝切除術後感染症の対策には，周術期の適切な全身管理と確実な手術操作が重要である．
