【ポイント】
◆ICG蛍光法による吻合部腸管の血流評価を行うことは,縫合不全の発生率の低下に有効である.
◆ICG蛍光法を用いた腫瘍の局在マーキングは安全で,術野に影響を与えずに腫瘍の位置を確認することが可能である.
◆転移のあるリンパ節では,ICGで蛍光標識される頻度が有意に低く,リンパ節の90%以上が癌細胞で占拠されている場合に,そのリンパ節はICG蛍光法では標識されない.
