Watch ＆ waitは直腸癌の標準治療の選択肢となりうるか

【ポイント】
◆欧米では下部進行直腸癌の術前CRT後のcCR症例に対して，watch ＆ waitが広まりつつある．
◆Watch ＆ waitは密なサーベイランスとサルベージ手術までを含めたdelayed surgeryの治療戦略である．
◆Total neoadjuvant therapyによりwatch ＆ waitの成績も向上が期待される．
