【ポイント】
◆肝局所治療の標準療法は肝切除術であるが，代替局所治療として穿刺治療，肝動注化学療法，肝動脈塞栓療法，放射線療法が検討されている．
◆近年，非常に強化された全身化学療法と低侵襲である肝局所治療を併用した治療法が検討されている．
