【ポイント】
◆術後肝不全は，術後5日目以降にプロトロンビン時間の延長，総ビリルビン値の上昇を認めるものと定義されている．
◆危険因子の把握，詳細な術前評価，適切な術式選択を行い，術後肝不全の発症予防に努めることが重要である．
◆治療の原則は，全身管理のうえ，肝不全の原因である肝機能障害の原因を取り除き，肝再生を促進させることである．
