【ポイント】
◆胆管空腸吻合部の縫合不全の治療戦略として，再手術は常に念頭におく．
◆再手術時は副損傷に留意し無理な再吻合は避け，ドレナージに重点をおく．
◆胆管空腸吻合部の良性狭窄は術後晩期合併症の一つであり，内視鏡的治療が奏効することが多い．
