【ポイント】
◆膵頭十二指腸切除（PD）の再建は，膵管空腸吻合法とドレーンマネージメントが同等に重要であると考える．
◆膵体尾部切除（DP）は空腸パッチ術が有効であり，供覧する．
◆ドレーン早期抜去のメリットとデメリットについてまとめる．
