【ポイント】
◆膵切除術に特有の膵液瘻に関連した遅発性出血に対する予防，注意点を知っておく．
◆出血時には迅速な対応が必要なため，各施設における対策・処置についてチーム内で共有しておくことが重要である．
◆止血処置のそれぞれの利点，欠点について確認しておく．
