【ポイント】
◆胃内容停滞：胃十二指腸の偏位・運動障害などで胃内容停滞が出現する．大網固定法や薬物療法にて治療する．
◆吻合部狭窄：縫合不全や血流障害にて出現し，特に胆管空腸吻合部狭窄の治療は難渋する．
◆吻合部潰瘍：頻度は低くなったが，時にみられる合併症である．禁食にして抗潰瘍薬，粘膜保護薬の投与で対応する．
