【ポイント】
◆膵切除術は消化器外科分野のなかでも高難度の手術であり，短期的な合併症はもちろん長期的にも合併症が高率に起こる．
◆術後長期的な合併症として下痢，消化吸収障害，脂肪肝が高率で認められ，時に難治性であり，QOL低下を招く．
◆薬物治療を中心とした早期治療介入をすることにより，QOLの向上および栄養状態の改善が見込める．
