膵切除後の乳び漏—原因と治療

【ポイント】
◆膵切除後の乳び漏は10%程度にみられる合併症であり，脱水，栄養状態や免疫状態の低下をきたしうる．
◆乳び漏の原因は術中のリンパ管の損傷や縫合，エネルギーデバイスのシーリング不足に起因する．
◆そのほとんどが絶食，酢酸オクトレオチド投与などの保存的加療で治癒する．
