【ポイント】
◆直腸癌術後局所再発に対する陽子線治療は2022年4月から保険診療化された．
◆陽子線治療はX線治療と比較して，有害事象を増加させることなく治療効果に優越性がある．
◆腫瘍が消化管・膀胱に隣接している場合，スペーサ手術後の陽子線治療が有効である．
