【ポイント】
◆胆管走向異常：肝外胆管の走向は破格が多い．Calot's triangleの剝離において，右後区域胆管の走向，胆囊管の走向に注意する．
◆胆囊動脈の破格：Calot's triangleの内外に起始部がある胆囊動脈の走向を理解する．Calot's triangle内で蛇行する右肝動脈に注意する．
◆ランドマーク：Critical view of safetyをはじめとするランドマークを知り，折々に確認する．
