【ポイント】
◆腹腔鏡下胆囊摘出術の難度評価について最新の知見も含めて検討し，さらに当院の症例を後方視的に検討した．
◆難易度の高い腹腔鏡下胆囊摘出術の対策としてbail out surgeryという概念があり，検討を行った．
◆Bail out surgeryの種類についてTG18ガイドラインを参照しつつ検討した．
