【ポイント】
◆術中胆道造影は,胆道損傷を予防するうえでその有用性が報告され,広く普及してきた.
◆近年,術中胆道造影の一つとしてインドシアニングリーン(ICG)蛍光法が注目されている.
◆ICG蛍光法は,術中リアルタイムに,同一画面上にて胆道走行の観察を可能とする術中ナビゲーションである.
