【ポイント】
◆腹腔鏡下胆囊摘出術における胆管損傷は約0.4%の頻度で発生し，その多くは解剖学的ランドマークの誤認が原因である．
◆適切なリカバリーには損傷の形態や病態の解明が肝要であり，それらを理解することは胆管損傷の予防にもつながる．
◆症例や施設に応じて，要すれば肝胆膵外科チームのある専門施設へ早期に紹介することも重要である．
