【ポイント】
◆食道胃接合部の腺癌にはBarrett腺癌と噴門部に発生する胃癌が含まれる．
◆Helicobacter pylori（H. pylori）感染率が低く，組織型は分化型が多く，粘液形質は胃型が多いなど，接合部以外の胃癌と異なる特性を有する．
◆分子生物学的サブタイプはchromosomal instability（CIN）が多く，治療標的分子であるHER2やPD-L1の陽性率も高い．
