【ポイント】
◆食道胃接合部癌における胃遠位リンパ節への転移はまれであるため，郭清のための胃全摘は不要と考えられる．
◆食道浸潤長が2 cm超の食道胃接合部癌であれば，下縦隔No. 110のリンパ節郭清が必要と考えられる．
◆食道浸潤長が4 cm超の食道胃接合部癌であれば，上・中・下縦隔のリンパ節郭清が必要と考えられる．
