【ポイント】
◆不快な痒みは生活の質を低下させる．まず痒みを軽減させることは重要である．
◆痒みを除去しながら原因の検索を行う．疑わしい原因が認められれば治療する．
◆原因が不明なことも少なくない．日常生活において原因となりうるものを改善するよう指導する．
