【ポイント】
◆ロボット支援下のIPOM，TAPP，eTEP±TAR（retromuscular）の3つの術式があり，近年eTEP±TAR（retromuscular）が主流である．
◆ロボット支援下手術は手術時間が長くコストは高いが，在院期間短縮，合併症率低下が期待される．
◆ロボット支援下腹壁ヘルニア修復術のエビデンスの蓄積とわが国での保険収載が期待される．
