【ポイント】
◆腹壁瘢痕ヘルニア修復術の目的は，ヘルニアの修復のみならず，白線の縫合閉鎖による腹壁の完全性と機能の回復が大きな目的と考えられるようになった．
◆腹壁ヘルニアに対する腹膜外修復術において，腹壁解剖の理解は，術後成績の向上と合併症の低下にきわめて重要である．
◆腹壁瘢痕ヘルニアは初回手術の再手術であり，腹壁血流の変化に留意する必要がある．
