【ポイント】
◆拡大胆摘以上の肝切除とリンパ節郭清を伴う胆囊癌手術が新たに高難度手術に指定された．
◆膵体尾部切除（D2領域リンパ節郭清を伴った膵癌に限る）からリンパ節郭清を伴う膵体尾部切除（膵原発性浸潤性悪性腫瘍，NETに限る）に変更された．
◆血管温存膵体尾部切除が新たに高難度手術に指定された．
