ビギナーへのアドバイス
◯ヘルニア門が大きい，非還納性などの複雑性を避け，臍部正中の比較的小さな腹腔鏡手術後の腹壁瘢痕ヘルニア症例から導入する．
◯特に腸管近傍での癒着剝離ではエネルギーデバイスの使用を避け，剪刀によるコールドカットで行い，ヘルニア門は確実に閉鎖する．
