◯胆石症は，胆囊結石症，総胆管結石症，肝内結石症に分類される．
◯胆囊結石症では，症状を認める場合は腹腔鏡下胆囊摘出術が第一選択となる．総胆管結石症および肝内結石症では内視鏡的治療が多く行われている．
