ビギナーへのアドバイス
◯術前に3D構築画像などから切離ラインや処理するGlisson/肝静脈のシミュレーションを行う．
◯実質離断の際には超音波凝固切開装置または超音波外科吸引装置（CUSA）を用いて愛護的に行い，肝静脈やGlissonは丁寧に処理する．
