【ポイント】
◆CY1胃癌患者に対する治療は主に手術＋術後化学療法と化学療法後のconversion surgeryがある．
◆CY1胃癌患者に対するconversion surgeryでは腹腔洗浄細胞診の陰転化が重要である．
◆CY1胃癌患者に対する化学療法の効果判定には審査腹腔鏡検査が有用である．
