【ポイント】
◆肝静脈を露出する際には，肝静脈根部側から末梢側に向けてデバイスを動かし，股裂き損傷を回避する．
◆主肝静脈とdemarcationを同一視野に入れ俯瞰的視野で肝離断を行う．
