【ポイント】
◆質問票を用いて測定する患者報告型アウトカムは臨床研究の評価項目として有用である．
◆これまでは海外の質問票が使用される傾向にあったが，わが国でも胃切除術後障害を含む上部消化管手術後のQOLの評価に適した質問票がいくつか開発された．
◆以上より，術式や再建法を評価する臨床研究を実施する準備が整ったと考える．
