【ポイント】
◆腹腔鏡やロボット手術が発展する現代でも，胃切除後障害に悩む患者は依然多く，再建法の工夫が重要である．
◆胃切除後にHis角・Fornixがある生来の胃の形状に再建することで，術後QOLは向上する．
◆胃切除後のHis角・Fornix形成もしくは温存パウチ間置術は容易かつ安全な術式である．
