噴門側胃切除術は本当に胃全摘術より優れた術式なのか

【ポイント】
◆腹腔鏡下噴門側胃切除＋double tract再建は，短期治療成績が胃全摘と同等あるいは，より優れた術式であるとの報告が多い．
◆腹腔鏡下噴門側胃切除＋double tract再建は，長期的QOLが胃全摘よりも良好で，全生存期間は同等との報告が多い．
◆汎用性の高い腹腔鏡下噴門側胃切除術後の再建法としてdouble tract再建が考えられ，胃全摘との前向き比較試験が必要と考える．
