【ポイント】
◆胃全摘術後には食事摂取量の減少や体重減少，栄養障害が続発する．
◆胃全摘術後の再建法として，Roux-en-Y法とAboral pouch法を比較する多施設共同ランダム化試験を行った．
◆Aboral pouch再建は長期的には下痢症状を緩和するが，体重減少や栄養状態はRoux-en-Y法と変わらなかった．
