【ポイント】
◆極小残胃となっても噴門機能を温存することで術後のQOLや栄養状態の維持が期待できる．
◆術前内視鏡で腫瘍口側縁，陰性生検，食道胃接合部の正確な位置を確認する．
◆術中内視鏡での反転操作でマーキングクリップを確認し，口側断端を確保する．
