【ポイント】
◆術前化学放射線療法後の直腸癌手術では，ミストや滲出液をコントロールするための適切な吸引操作が重要である．
◆術前画像検査による切離ラインの設定，線維化や組織の硬化などの変化が少ない部位で適切な切離面を確認する．
◆放射線治療の晩期有害事象や放射線誘発癌のリスクを念頭においたサーベイランスを行う．
