【ポイント】
◆術後呼吸器合併症は重篤な経過をたどりうるため，ハイリスク患者の把握，徴候の早期発見，さらには術前からの予防が重要になる．
◆術後呼吸器合併症を疑った際は画像評価や動脈血液ガス検査での速やかな評価を躊躇してはならない．
