【ポイント】
◆発熱や腹痛の増悪，炎症反応の上昇などといった縫合不全が疑われる所見を認める場合は，まずCT検査を行う．CT検査で確定診断がつかない場合は，他の検査も行い複数の結果から総合的に判断する．
◆重篤な状態で，かつ縫合不全を疑うが確定診断に至らない場合は，できうる治療を開始しながら繰り返し密に検査を行う．
