【ポイント】
◆症状から肺塞栓症を予知することは難しいため，肺塞栓症が起こりやすいリスクを把握する必要性がある．
◆発症リスクが高い患者へ深部静脈血栓症予防方法と症状の教育をして早期発見につなげる．
◆深部静脈血栓症を有する患者において肺塞栓症の積極的なスクリーニンクならびに治療を行う．
